Our Mission
Our mission is to transform the lives of Chicagoland youth and the formerly incarcerated, which is done through our pre-apprenticeship carpentry training programs, where we teach the youth the basics of construction, while simultaneously how to reconstruct their lives with the help of our Life Coaches.
Our Vision
Fearless Dreamers also works to empower the Chicagoland youth and those formerly incarcerated and their families to create a successful future built on strategic leadership, character development, and an introduction to the carpentry field. By assisting those seeking to rebuild their lives, we are helping them reintegrate back into mainstream society and our communities.
